Pricing

The prices displayed on our product pages are inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, please note that these prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Domestic and international shipping prices will vary, and additional charges may apply depending on your location. The final total, including shipping costs, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payment Terms

Payment Methods

Vecct offers a variety of payment options to ensure a convenient and secure checkout process for our customers. We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Union Pay. 

Additionally, we accept payments through Apple Pay for added convenience.

Please note that we do not accept bank transfers or payments through services such as PayPal at this time.

Currency

All transactions on the Vecct ehf. website are conducted in Icelandic Krona (ISK). Prices displayed on our website, as well as the total amount at checkout, will be in ISK. Please be aware that if you are making a purchase from outside Iceland, your payment provider may apply a currency conversion rate and additional fees. Vecct ehf. is not responsible for any such conversion rates or fees imposed by your bank or payment provider.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Locations

Vecct ships products both domestically within Iceland and internationally to customers around the world. We use Dropp for domestic shipping within Iceland and DHL for international shipping to ensure that your order reaches you safely and efficiently.

We ship to almost all countries globally, but please note that shipping costs may increase depending on the destination and distance from our distribution center. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to review the total cost before completing your purchase.

Delivery Times

We process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days from the time your order is placed. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and the selected shipping method.

Customs and Duties

For international orders, please be aware that your shipment may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping costs displayed at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Vecct ehf. has no control over these charges, as they vary depending on the destination country’s regulations.

By placing an order with Vecct, you agree to pay any applicable customs and duties that may apply to your shipment.

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

At Vecct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you may return the items in their original condition within 30 days of the purchase date. "Original condition" means that the items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as they were received, with all tags attached.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, you will be issued store credits equal to the amount paid for the returned products. These store credits can be used for future purchases on our website.

If the product you received is noticeably defective or damaged, you may be eligible for a full refund or store credits. To initiate the process, you must report the defect within 7 days of receiving the item by contacting us and providing details about the issue. You will then need to ship the product back to us, along with a written statement describing the defect.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will evaluate the defect to determine whether it qualifies for a full refund to your original payment method or for store credits. We will notify you of the outcome and process the refund or issue store credits accordingly.

Exceptions

Please note that products purchased on sale or with a discount are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

However, this policy does not apply to purchases made using the Founding Members discount. Items purchased with the Founding Members discount are eligible for return or refund in accordance with our standard return and refund policies.
