Return Policy

At Vecct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you may return the items in their original condition within 30 days of the purchase date. "Original condition" means that the items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as they were received, with all tags attached.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, you will be issued store credits equal to the amount paid for the returned products. These store credits can be used for future purchases on our website.

If the product you received is noticeably defective or damaged, you may be eligible for a full refund or store credits. To initiate the process, you must report the defect within 7 days of receiving the item by contacting us and providing details about the issue. You will then need to ship the product back to us, along with a written statement describing the defect.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will evaluate the defect to determine whether it qualifies for a full refund to your original payment method or for store credits. We will notify you of the outcome and process the refund or issue store credits accordingly.

Exceptions

Please note that products purchased on sale or with a discount are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

However, this policy does not apply to purchases made using the Founding Members discount. Items purchased with the Founding Members discount are eligible for return or refund in accordance with our standard return and refund policies.
